Product Description
M400 is a repair adhesive for wood flooring and synthetic turf installations, over any subfloor or seaming tape. It is also suitable for installation of molding, stair ledges, treads, or any product that requires moisture-cured urethane for permanent fixation.
Pre-Installation Checklist
A successful installation requires proper preparation of the subfloor. Read and understand all applicable guidelines and technical data sheets before beginning installation. Follow industry standards and flooring manufacturers' recommendations for subfloor preparation, design, layout, and application of flooring materials. The backing of all flooring material must be solid and sound, and free of anti-adherents.
Sub Floor Examination
Prior to installation, the subfloor must be checked according to national standards. It must be solid and sound, level, free of indentations, and resistant to pressure and tension.
Installation Procedure
Spread adhesive using a caulking gun. Install material immediately and press down firmly.
