Robbie's journey began in his family's retail stores and evolved through roles as a floor distributor, natural stone importer, countertop fabrication sales, commercial flooring sales, and specialization in substrate technology, focusing on self-leveling and moisture mitigation. For the past four years, Robbie has successfully helmed his own epoxy coating business, showing entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge.
